Isabelle Needham Rummage Blake

Isabelle Needham Rummage Blake, 89, of Albemarle, passed away on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at Wood Haven Court in Albemarle. She was born March 27, 1928 in Moore County, N.C. to the late Joseph Manly Needham and Lilly Scott Needham.

She was a member of Anderson Grove Baptist Church where she enjoyed teaching Sunday School and singing in the choir.

Funeral services for Mrs. Blake will be held at 3:00PM on Sunday, May 21, 2017 in the Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care Chapel. Visitation will be held from 2:00-2:45PM prior to the service. Burial will follow in the Anderson Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Blake was preceded in death by her first husband Floyd Ray Rummage, Sr. ; her second husband Vaughn Lee Blake; and a daughter Connie Rummage. Isabelle is survived by her daughters Barbara Mauldin (Phil) of Albemarle, NC, Pat Greene (Steve) of Boone, NC, Sandy Anderson (Mike) of Albemarle, NC; sons Ray Rummage (Penny) of Maiden, NC, and Scott Rummage (Lynn) of Belleville, IL; step-sons Al Blake (Pat) of Atlanta, Ga, and Roger Blake of Albemarle, NC; brother Lawrence Needham of Seagrove, NC. She is also preceded in death by her sisters Leta Needham, Lucille Needham, Johnsia Hussey, Zola Hussey, Nova Frye, and Myrtle Barber; brothers Alton Needham, Arthur Needham, and Farrell Needham.

Memorial contributions can be made to Community Homecare & Hospice at 1024 Albemarle Rd, Suite 904, Troy NC 27371.

    Wwe were saddned to hearof the passing og Mrs. Issabell, she was a jewel in our Bible Class and all other events at Care Cafe, We loved her dearly, Vanessa Chambers and Addie Pickett
