Brad, Jacob, Morgan, Courtney & Taylor-your mother was an Angel and now she walks with Angels. I will always remember that bright smile she always had, and all the wonderful times we had at Myrtle Beach, or stopping by your house on the way down or home. We will all miss her, but she is no longer in pain. We love you all, and our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. We are here if you ever need anything!

    Love, Jeff, Melody & Carter

I’m so sorry for your family’s tragic loss. Sometimes it seems like some people go through more hardships than others and I know your family has been through much more than you deserve. Robbie, you and I went from Shady Spring Elementary all the way to graduation from SSHS, same grade, some of the same classes. Your mother was not only my kindergarten teacher, but my piano teacher for a few years, as well. I have a lot of pleasant memories of her and remember your family fondly. My thoughts and prayers have been with you and will continue to be as you go through this with such grace and humility.

  • Rebecca & Alison Isenhour Posted September 4, 2015 8:57 pm

So many great girl scout memories, elementary and high school memories we all shared. From our family to yours, May God bless you each day and hold you strong. We love you all.

  • Morgan Earnhardt Posted September 4, 2015 9:04 pm

To everyone who has been blessed to know my mother, and has been so kind to pray for our family and send words of encouragment and love, I would like to extend my gratitude. As a family built on faith, we know she’s home with her heavenly father rejoicing. But we could not have imagined these past years without the constant and consistent prayers and devotion of our family and friends. Thank you for being so supportive. Thank you from all of us. We thank God for you and truly appreciate every kind gesture. My beloved mom is dancing with Jesus today, and we will see her again.

Morgan, this is such a beautiful tribute to your mother. She was such an awesome person, inside and out. It was an absolute delight to know her. I was so blessed in late spring 2014 to see her in Belk and have a wonderful conversation with her. She loved you all so very much; not only do you know that — everyone does! You will all be in my thoughts and prayers in the days and months to come. While you will ALWAYS miss your mother, the happy memories will be a lasting comfort to all of you — I promise.

Our deepest and sincerest condolences to the family. Words alone can not ease the pain when grieving the loss of a love one. The Bible provides comfort during these difficult times. Revelation 21:3-4 states, “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away”. May God give you and your family comfort in your loving memories and in His promise that soon we will never experience losing our loved ones in death and we will be able to see them again once they resurrected as per John 5:28-29. May these words give you a new hope, with deepest sympathy and warmth of heart.

Stanly overwhelmingly met or exceeded our family’s expectations. Family and friends both expressed how thoughtful, caring and professional they were. We’re glad you’re in Locust!

We never felt hurried or rushed in any way even though they had other funerals that day.  Everyone at Stanly Funeral Home made us feel like we were family and did everything they could for us in this most trying time in our lives.

Everyone went out of their way to make sure that every detail was good with me.  Their kindness, patience and love they show is superior.  Stephen Aldridge and his ENTIRE staff are the best.

The whole staff was wonderful but Stephen Aldridge was excellent, even sending us a note one month later.
